Forbes Q+A: Pemex CEO ‘Very confident’ In Mexico Oil Reforms

Emilio Lozoya Austin may be only 39 years old, but he has earned the trust of President Enrique Peña Nieto, who upon assuming office nearly a year ago appointed him chief executive of Pemex, the state oil monopoly and one of the biggest corporations in the world. I caught up with Lozoya by phone in early October for a rare interview that was an integral part of the reporting for the newly published Forbes Magazine story: “How Enrique Peña Nieto Is Leading Mexico’s Oil Revolution.”
